Artium Co is a Jacksonville studio founded in 2002 by Todd and Catherine Holloway — Atlantic Beach locals who have spent two decades building in the neighborhoods they know best: San Marco, Ortega, Ponte Vedra, Isle of Palms, Amelia Island, and home in Atlantic Beach.
We keep the team intentionally small, so every project has the same faces from first walk-through to final punch list.
